Here's the information on the screening of The Hole Story.  Also, since it's relevant to your members I'd like to extend an offer that from Nov 11 to 17, anyone showing their union card will automatically get the discounted $4 ticket price rather than the full $7 price.  And any private screenings or group rentals will honor the $4 price plus an additional 10% discount.

THE HOLE STORY documents the history and current state of mining in Northern Ontario and Quebec.  Focusing on labour relations, environmental impact, and the flow of money out of Canada, THE HOLE STORY is testament to what we have accomplished and what is yet to be done.

See how the union workers have fought to improve working and living conditions, and how the need for increased corporate and government responsibility is more important than ever.  THE HOLE STORY is our story, the story of how Sudbury and other Northern centres like it have come to be, and the relationships they have with those who profit from the riches under our feet.

Please join us on Thursday, November 10 at 7pm for the French language premier of TROU STORY and at 9pm for the English language premier for THE HOLE STORY. Filmmaker Richard Desjardins will be in attendance for the premier and will be available for a follow-up Q&A period.

Tickets are $7.00.  Seating is limited to 300 per screening.
